The Miltex Heli Products are different configurations of the same highly purified collagen, derived from bovine tendon. This collagen material is inherently hemostatic and promotes tissue in-growth by providing a ‘scaffold’ around which the tissue will grow. HeliCote is a ¾” by 1 ½” piece of collagen that is slightly thicker than HeliTape.
