The Onset Buffering System allows you to buffer 4 of the 5 major local anesthetics used in dentistry: Articaine, Lidocaine, Prilocaine and Mepivacaine. Onset instantly buffers the local anesthetic in the cartridge immediately before it is loaded into the syringe to administer the injection.
