The Dispos-A-Bite is a disposable bite block designed to replace the present permanent bite block found on your panoramic x-ray machine. The panoramic x-ray machine is an area of potential cross contamination that has been overlooked. Pinnacle is introducing a family of products to bring infection control to this potentially hazardous area. Each Dispos-A-Bite is unit dose packaged, which enables the bite block to be opened in front of each patient. This assures the patient that the bite block has not been used previously, and is intended for single patient use only. Using the Dispos-A-Bite eliminates cold "sterilizing" of existing bite blocks while making cleanup easier and safer for staff. There are ten models to choose from, with a model for virtually every machine ever made.
